Bring it in
Drop it at our Minchinbury workshop. For big TVs and heavy units, ask about in-home service.
Diagnose and quote
We find the fault on the bench and quote the repair. A minimum diagnostic fee applies and comes off your invoice if you go ahead.
Repair and collect
We repair it, test it under load and let you know it’s ready to collect.

How much does it cost to look at my TV or amplifier?
A minimum diagnostic fee applies to find the fault. We then quote the repair before any work starts, and if you go ahead the diagnostic fee comes off your final invoice. See pricing and quotes.
Do you fix TVs under warranty?
For the brands we’re authorised for, yes — bring your proof of purchase. For other brands, contact the manufacturer first; they’ll tell you where their warranty agent is. Out of warranty, we repair all major TV brands.
Do I need to book before dropping something off?
You don’t need an appointment during opening hours, but a quick call on (02) 9675 5511 means we can tell you if it’s a job we can help with before you make the trip.
Can you come to me?
For large TVs and units that are hard to carry in, we offer an in-home service. Call us to check whether your suburb and fault suit a home visit.
